Learn routes for kernel connected interfaces without IP assignment into FRR routing table

Is it not possible for FRR to learn/pull all connected routes from host including lxc/veth interfaces specifically if those interfaces itself do not have an IP address assigned but only routes in main kernel table?

The functionality that I am looking for is what Bird does with kernel Protocol:

protocol kernel {               # Primary routing table
        learn;                  # Learn alien routes from the kernel.  <--
        ipv4 {
                import all;
                export all;
        };
}

The behavior with FRR is so that it can see all those lxc interfaces however I am suspecting that since there is no IP address assigned to those, it does not populate its routing table for those.

Example routes on host:

default via 10.1.10.251 dev team0.10 proto static metric 400
10.1.10.0/24 dev team0.10 proto kernel scope link src 10.1.10.10 metric 400
10.56.1.4 dev lxc0c61e4272b4c proto kernel scope link

On FRR side, I only see:

K>* 0.0.0.0/0 [0/400] via 10.1.10.251, team0.10, 00:10:15
C>* 10.1.10.0/24 is directly connected, team0.10, 00:10:15

Now how do I make FRR/zebra to also pull that lxc0c61e4272b4c route as well if it is possible?
