NAPALM driver for frr ?

There's peering-manager, which allows to generate configs for routers:

It uses NAPALM

to get/set config changes to the routers in question.

There are a lot of community contributed NAPALM drivers for those devices:

But there does not seem to be a frr driver. Is there any activity to develop one or is one of the cisco ones good enough to be used ?

No idea! I'm not aware of anyone using FRR w/ NAPALM.
