Provide a way to make text entry fields larger, which will make it easier for scouts to use them for notes/comments

@brianjmaher , in most modern browsers (i've tested chrome and firefox) you can resize text fields with the drag handle in the bottom right of a textarea. It's not very obvious, but could you try that on your device and tell me if it works? In the meantime, i'll find a way to style that drag handle.

The handle works on Windows desktop Chrome. I couldn't see or use it on iOS Chrome or iOS Safari.
