Can't run nginx on AWS EC2 #575

I have followed the tutorial you provided to run nginx on AWS EC2. However, when I am trying to run nignx, I am getting the following error:
"2021/02/04 22:05:14 [error] 94421#0: start worker processes shm_open (13: Permission denied)".
I ran nginx using sudo.
