App Component: Chat Report View

Action Performed:

1. Open the Expensify Hybrid app
2. Log in to the account with the Google method
3. Tap on the previous photo uploaded on a conversation
4. Tap on the + button
5. Tap on the Add attachment button
6. Select a photo and send it to the conversation

Expected Result:

The photo should display normally

Actual Result:

When the user taps on the uploaded photo it displays an error message
