Action Performed:

  1. Supportal into customer's NewDot account
  2. Head to Settings > Workspaces > Workspace Name
  3. Click Company Cards

Expected Result:

Clicking "Company Cards" should take you to the "Import company cards" screen.

Actual Result:

Clicking "Company Cards" results in app crash and "Uh-Oh,Something went wrong!" page displayed

Workaround:

Can the user still use Expensify without this being fixed? Have you informed them of the workaround?

Looks like the customer is impacted even though we can't reproduce, here's some additional info:

Also, since this is being encountered by a customer and we're updating our cohort to include CC's I'm going to move this over to #migrate.

If this is happening to existing ND customers then I think it needs to be moved to #retain.
