Action Performed:

1. Navigate to https://staging.new.expensify.com/
2. Log in with any account
3. Open any 1:1 DM
4. Send a single letter message to the chat
5. Hover over your name/email
6. Type ":sm" into the composer without moving the mouse

Expected Result:

User details tooltip should disappear.

Actual Result:

User details tooltip persists upon opening emoji suggestions.
