For example if my app is version 1.0 on the phone, and exodus has an analysis for 1.0 and 1.1 (1.1 being the latest), it shouldn't show that the analysis version is mismatching (1.0 vs. 1.1), but find the corresponding analysis matching the version installed (1.0 and 1.0) :)

Not, it's an enhancement, in the latest version, we store only report about the latest version. Because for most users, they use the latest version of apps.
But, you are right, we can improve logic to compare the version installed with reports available on API by comparing version code of apps.
