[feat] SFTP - Edit locally by default

Run "Edit locally" instead of "Save as" when click a file. This makes it much easy to edit the configs. It doesn't make sense to make "Save as" to default, been a while you can't select multiple entries to download. This is definitely a thing need to improve.

Could add a tabby setting for that.
