Addon breaks address book window

Hello and thank you for making/maintaining this!

I am running into an unfortunate problem with Thunderbird 45 and this plugin. When it's enabled, the address book window breaks, it comes up as empty. The contacts still exist tho. As soon as I disable the addon, the address book starts working again.

Two errors can be seen in the error console when the address book is opened, but I don't know if they're relevant:
