Every time I update Ghost Chat it deletes itself from my laptop and I have to reinstall it to get it back

please install the latest version from here https://github.com/Enubia/ghost-chat/releases/tag/v3.3.0, it fixes this issue since it was reported a few times in the discord

I too have this issue, downloaded and installed new version. It was deleting itself after I would close the already open and working instance of it. Hoping for the best.

Just came to say that I also had this happen just today! I don't remember the last time I opened the program, I think it was 10/8/24, so might have been an update since then.

I'm now running the latest version. I'm unaware of what my previous download version was though

I just noticed that it also deleted on its own for me too
