Coffee machine is still broken

Can we please escalate this to a sev 0? It seems i'm not the only one who has trouble getting coffee from our java machine.

You cannot get coffee from the java machine. Because it is a virtual machine. You should use java real machine for coffee.

I tried using netbeans and I've now burnt my hand. I just wanted a coffee. Please work with your PM team and escalate this matter to a sev 0, we're losing millions per day.

I may have found the issue? After doing some serious stress testing on the coffee machine I have mainly found that whenever one attempts to get coffee, error code 418 will be returned.

Other buttons on the machine do have some liquid output but I am not finding any beans in those, just leaves.
