Hello,

We have the FizzBuzz Enterprise Edition: Platinum Edition Deluxe. We have recently migrated to JavaOS Server solution, and the servers have plummeted from a 30.16% clear rate per test run to a 2.328% clear rate. Is this a bug?

We are currently running FBEE 2.3.554.21501.58821.

Possibly connected to #487 and #489?

Best regards,
Serious Company With Serious People Incorporated LLC.

Hello,

The fix was found to be that we had to turn on, turn off, and then turn on the server again, as referenced here. It took about 7 months for our JavaOS implementation to fully reboot, however, FBEE has been running fine.

However, this issue still stands as FBEE is running at degraded performance. We have cleared the cache and ./tmp files in our FBEE installation, but nothing has worked. Any ideas?

Much love,

Hello Steve McSteve Stevenson,
Unfortunately as of April 17th, FBEE 2.3.554.21501.58821 is no longer supported as it has been superceded by FBEE 2.3.554.21502.47455. Please update to the latest version. The update process may take 6 to 8 business weeks.

*Please note that you cannot migrate directly from FBEE 2.3.554.21501.58821 to FBEE 2.3.554.21502.47455, you must migrate to each individual version between the two.
