Sorry for my bad english, but I stumbled upon this issue.
There's an option in AddOn Skins pluggin that allows you to emblem your Omen and Recount. Once I allowed the plugin to emblem my omen and then decided that I actually want to put my Omen somewhere else it made it locked to that specific "Right Chat Panel". The only way of actually moving omen somewhere even tho I disabled that Option is by moving the Right Panel itself, which is kinda annoying to do.
I think you can fix it by disablign the option AND typing "/reloadui".
Because when you enable that option, ElvUI edits a bunch of code inside of Recount and Omen to make them "sit inside the right frame".
@Apollyonn the only improvement I can think of is that disabling "embedding" could tell the user that they must reload the UI (perhaps via that "This setting requires a UI reload. Accept/Cancel" popup that some other settings use).
