[BUG] @for Loop Error for SCSS Rules #6

The postcss is generating the wrong col.scss rules. It is generating

@for $i from 1 to 24

instead of

@for $i from 1 through 24

The through makes 24 inclusive, so rules like

.el-col-xs-24

can work.
