[feature] 针对 codepen 补充外链导出的说明 #14

场景：用户在通过 codepen 平台导出复现链接时候，默认没分享参数，需要补充一句话来说明。

功能补充：

codepen 用户请先点击屏幕右上角 save，此时网址才会包含分享参数。
同时对 link 的输入框补充自定义 validator 检查如果只是 codepen.com 做相应提示。
