When a new movement is defined not all measures of the previous movement can be redrawn correctly. There seems to be a problem with measures positioned directly after system breaks.
Example: After defining movement 2 (pink), measure 4 (beginning of third system) cannot be redrawn correctly (after deleting it). Instead of a red box, a white rectangular border appears. This does not happen with measures 5 and 6 (and other measures that are not at the beginning of a system).
How to reproduce:
Import IIIF-Manifest with test URI
draw some zones (that span multiple systems)
define second mdiv
delete and redraw zones of the first mdiv that are at the start of a system (and have at least one following zone on the same system)
