response-rewrite broader mime-type capturing for JSON than MDN common ones

Modify the API six "routes" so that only specific mime-types (JSON, XML, HTML) are parsed for URL re-write - binary formats (HDF5, netCDF, GRIB, BUFR etc.) should pass though without being scanned.
