Provide the MVP specification necessary to release in March 2024

In March we need to release a Minimal Viable Product (MVP). We need to know what requirements are important to the stakeholders and to have concrete requirements to meet their expectations when releasing the MVP.

Stuart is going to contact E-SOH, RODEO and FEMDI to discuss the MVP requirements. The MVP requirements will be concluded from the discussions and what is realistic for the E-SOH teams to deliver.

The initial proposal for now is:

• Front to back solution, but not all functionality is implemented
• To have an API for the Ingestion side for the validation, the Ingestor can already communicate with the DataStore
• Decide on the technology for the EDR API
• Build a limited version of the EDR API, e.g. a single endpoint
