Chapter 5.1. is mentioning only observations from AWS and rain-gauges. Do these include the full selection of parameters if available, e.g. solar radiation, present weather, soil temperature, snow measurement, and other potentially rare parameters. How about PWS data mentioned in 5.6? Or other 3rd party data?
