Thoughts on type hints.

Hi,

I was wondering what the opinion was on PEP 484 etc. type hints and adding them to pytest-regressions?
I created a stubs package for my own use (https://github.com/domdfcoding/pytest-regressions-stubs), but if there is interest I can work on merging it into this repository.
