Yes, it can be used, this was one of the reasons for adding support for reading ERA5 data in it's native format to the ESMValCore: the data size is just huge and it's probably already available on all managed machines. To use it, you would need to add a Jasmin DRS entry to the native6 project in config-developer.yml and the rootpath to the example config-user.yml file, it would be great if someone could make a pull request with that. Probably ESMValGroup/ESMValCore#1124 would be handy to automatically add all the required facets, but for now you can specify them in the recipe. |
