Is there any way to re-use preprocessed data?

I'm been running an analysis with dozens of datasets and it takes several hours to run.

I've just noticed that I forgot to include a single dataset in my first run of the recipe. Is there any way to re-use the previously completed data, and just run the preprocessor over the missing one? It would save so much computational time.
