Add index peer in registration.xml

Any node's registration.xml file references its idp peer and las endpoint. Could we add its index peer here for testing purpose?

Hi Nicolas, I think it would be a great idea, but the ticket needs to be filed with the node manager project, as it is that app that creates the registry file.
