Individual tasks identified so far (from EOEPCA/workspace#34):

Task-IAM1) IAM BB to setup properly scoped client allowing the provisioning pipeline to execute these actions, i.e. with ability to list and create groups in Keycloak, associate users within a group, and check if a user already exists in the system (in progress)
Task-IAM2) IAM BB to specify what needs to be created by the provisioning pipeline (open)
