hardware.joint is 8 bit value

should be a 16bit value. looks like it is being scaled?
It's not being used for anything apart from the joint light effect at the moment, but the values should be stored and backed up by bazecore, so the effect will stop working unless the stored value is also scaled as part of the firmware update process.
