Dynamically converts to reusable DITA topics JSON files referenced with format="json" in DITA Maps.
The converted DITA topic contains inside for each JSON key a phrase with the ID being the key value and the text being the key content.
The "samples" folder contains a sample DITA Map showing how a topic can have a conref to a phrase directly from the JSON topic.
