CODATA Milestone request

As you know, your Milestone MS12, ‘Urban Health Data - Learning and Training Workshop', is due with the EC by the end of next month. Milestones don’t go through internal review but they do need copy edit and all the other checks, and we can’t change the delivery date.

The description of your Milestone is as follows: "Availability of training materials shaped through the workshop." The Milestone document provides evidence that work in the description has happened, including direct and clear links to supporting documents or other online resources as relevant. The document also clarifies how the work contributes to your next deliverable. It does not need to be a lengthy document, and not as long as a Deliverable. I attach the template in docx, but you can download a copy in a number of other formats here.

Due to the number of deliverables coming in at the same time next month, please can you plan to send me the finalised and finished complete Milestone document by Friday 24 November? Please do let me know by return.

This date will leave me enough time to read your work carefully, and present it at its best to the EC.
