What is the "establishment level analytic file"

@sjmelly We've been working on the "rules" for when people at UHC can use the data. @JanaHirsch said that we have an establishment level file that UHC researchers could use that has the establishment level datasets (see just below on what we included for this). My understanding is that we had a file like this set up that could be requested? Maybe not? Or is this something we could pull from Azure if someone requests it? I was just going to include what was already in the file if it was created and usable as is. Otherwise I can just list the things that we could pull and share. Also, if I have anything incorrect in section below, please edit for me! I'm planning to send this doc to you and @stfran22 tomorrow to review if you want to wait until then.

3. Creation, maintenance, and storage of three analytic files of data derived from NETS2022 (see Section XX for description of these filesSee for more information about the data available):
   a. Business Establishment-level analytic file. This file includes a row for each establishment that has been coded and classified using the UHC classification scheme. This includes the latitude, longitude, and yes/no variable for each category.
   b. ZCTA level aggregated analytic file. This file includes count and density for each of the categories for ZCTAs in the contiguous US.
   c. Census tract level aggregated analytic file. This file includes count and density for each of the categories for Census tracts in the contiguous US.
