Allow Quickmenu entries to be shown or hidden according to the user's preferences.

This would be a tab in the Options window titled Quickmenu. This is mainly a checkedlistbox with the items in the Quickmenu shown with the exception of the Options, Show UXL Launcher, and Exit UXL Launcher buttons. The items the user checks in this list will be saved to a comma-separated list in the Settings, and this list will be read to see which items should be shown. If an item is missing from this list, it'll be hidden. The user should have the option to show or hide the separators as well, since it'll be easier to do that than to try to figure out if the separators should be shown or hidden.
