[BUG] Unable to open Conjugations/Declensions setup window #1351

When attempting to open the conjugation/declensions setup window for parts of speech, the window never shows up. Instead, the entire program freezes up indefinitely. This bug persists even if I reinstall the program. Not sure why this happens.
