Describe the bug
I love your site, it's awesome, but I had a first time occurrence where it spelled out a word with letters that were not adjacent. I.e. it's skipped over a tile between two selected letters.
To Reproduce
See attached screenshot.
Expected behavior
It should only ever allow adjacent tiles for the results.

OS: Android 11
Additional context
Secondary issue is it is presenting word solutions that are not in the Scrabble dictionary. This word "pning" is also an example of this issue.
I also noticed that a few common words, for example "gripe", we're also missing from the word solutions. This board was set up by replacing the letters that I had previously entered from a prior game. But if I started the board over by going back to the base URL and entered the letters again, the missing words finally appeared. So perhaps there is an issue with updating the letters on the board instead of starting from scratch.
