Integrate the New URL to the KooKoo webhook handler

As the new infrastructure is ready to be launched for queue-based implementation for KooKoo webhooks, we need to integrate new webhook URLs with the help of the KooKoo team.

Diagnosis details:
Sometimes, our existing infrastructure faced challenges in managing the application load. There were instances where we received webhooks from Kookoo, but unfortunately, our infrastructure is insufficient to capture and process them.

Impact:
This issue can directly impact the call details in the RP_IVR and indirectly impact the engagement data of the users (Impact on 27th Feb 2024)

• Around 2 months ago we got around 4-6 error logs daily.
• Around a month ago the error logs increased to 10-15 logs daily.
• Recently, we started getting 20-25 errors daily.
• In future, months it may increase to 40-50 errors daily.

Describe the solution you'd like

• Setting up the infrastructure for the Queue-based webhook handling. #14
• Ponting/Redirecting the webhooks to the webhook handler service. [Release and post-deployment monitoring] #15
• Post-release cleanups - On success clean up the extra dependencies and on failure backup or revert the changes done. #16
