A TeXmacs package providing highlight functionality.

Installing

Copy the .ts file into:
- (Windows) %APPDATA%\TeXmacs\packages
- (Linux) ~\.TeXmacs\packages
Include this package in your document.

Usage

Try selecting some text or formula then enter \hl, and voilà!
