Either make the LUA script to work with email notification; or should monitor the errors in 'log/Orthanc.log' in a more proactive way.

The following command will list all series failed to be submitted to the streamer:

$ grep 'Oops' -B 1 /data/orthanc/log/Orthanc.log | grep 'series' | awk '{print $NF}'
