Symlink in the project storage causes irsync to fail #7

Recently, some project links data to /opt/freesurfer which is not mapped into the container. This causes broken links in the container.

Furthermore, there is a known iRODS bug here: irods/irods#3663

The issue should be addressed by:

  • following the iRODS bug above to adopt to the fix in the coming future
  • make the /opt directory free in the container (currently occupied by the stager code) for mapping the /opt in the Docker host.
