RBGE proposal

Creating standard dataset of multi-specimen herbarium sheets, with:

Images
Multiple barcodes on each image
Multiple labels on each image
Transcribed text for each label
Maximum 2,000 specimen barcodes - we may be looking at a subset

Aim for SDR

Creating FDO
Segmentation
Identifying the barcodes
Assigning barcodes to appropriate material and label
