Code brakes with tensorflow 1.14.0, module tensorflow.contrib was removed

tensorflow/tensorflow#31350

had to move to 1.14 because has a fix for something else

tensorflow/tensorflow#34551

hey, guys so the solution for this issue is to use old tf versions ?????
