Slow tests for grid component

Reproducible Example

Running all HydroMT tests will show that there is a noticeable lag before the grid component tests are run.

Current behaviour

The test data is generated on the fly and that is probably causing the lag.

Desired behaviour

Generate a smaller test dataset or read data from the artifact data to speed the tests up
