Emit "bytes sent" metric from Datadog Metrics destination (and others). #359

Context

Title says it all, really.

Should encompass the actual number of bytes sent on the wire, to the utmost of our ability without going wild. Capturing the number of bytes sent in an HTTP request, for example would be good... but capturing all bytes sent through a client, including retries, would be best.
