Don't split services between service name and operation

Hi,
Currently, the service catalog split services, showing service name and another service with service name and suffixed with the operation name. For example, it shows servicexxx and another service with name servicexxx-oracle.
In the following PR, the http suffix was removed: #2136
Is there any way to show services in the catalog without split services like in the PR above but for other operations?

I don't understand why the servicename was suffixed with the plugin name anyway? If my service is called fetcher and it talks to redis, I would expect its redis calls to be found in datadog under service:fetcher, not service:fetcher-redis. The redis calls are already separated out using tag component:redis. With this suffixed service name I would need to find all traces from fetcher by searching for service:fetcher* which is odd IMO.

What is the way you are supposed to do this?
