The metadata Query Response must provide the following information:

  • title
  • preview image
  • start abstract
  • type
  • organization
  • geographical scope
  • temporal scope
  • certain statistics in overview, e.g. number of citations...
  • information on scale
  • spatiotemporal resolution
  • usage constraints
  • provenance, including
    • source datasets
    • publications
  • uncertainty
  • accessibility
  • validated
  • downloaded
  • completeness
  • contact
  • endpoint existence
  • Link to map preview
  • FAIRness…
  • When searching multiple concepts, response should indicate extent to which concept fits to which response
  • Link to the record in SoilWise or original source

Note: one should align these response requirements with the request requirements in #16

soilwise metadata profile is developed at https://github.com/soilwise-he/soilwise-ontology/blob/main/docs/metadata.md#suggested-euso-metadata-for-datasets--knowlede-sources

to consider is that we need to make users aware that in case a certain parameter is not described in a record, there will be no match to the filter, although the datasets itself could match the filter
