V2 Tags - hitting the limit on value length

Hi,

as the title says i ended up in a situation where adding one more exporter to scrape in a V2 tag value exceeded the value length limit which is 256 characters on AWS.
Some kind of prefix system for V2 tags may be needed in order to overcome this.
