Earlier today I logged back in to onedrive after a password change, and restarted onedrive tray. Since then, every time I make a change in a file, I get the following output, and the file only exists locally, but not in onedrive.

Depending on the application you are using to edit the file, this will cause this behavior due to how the application you are editing the file with writes out the changes.
To assist in avoiding this issue - please ensure you are running application version or greater. Use onedrive --version to determine what application version you are using and upgrade your client if required.
