Team member ordering should be improved

While I kind of like being first in the list, it probably makes more sense for Ruth to be at the top of the list 😄

I suspect that it is ordering alphabetically based on the markdown file name ("C" comes before any of the rest of you, at least until Anneke creates her page). I'll see if there's a sensible way to control it using the Hugo configurations.
