What is this about: is the process of collecting qualitative and quantitative data from the test user, whilst the user is subject to all aspects of a service or product. Ux in this case means “All aspects of the end-user interactions with the company, its services, and its products”.

Hi again @uravgkarthik! 🙂

A few days have passed since our last contact, how is it going so far with the article? Is anything not clear enough or do you need help with something? I am in no way pushing you, you can take as much time as you need 🙂 Just wanted to get in touch to make sure everything is ok 👍

Hey @DominikMilaniak I'm so sorry for the delay. I actually got stuck up with what is supposed to be done. I tried to go through the links given, but couldn't get a proper understanding. Could you please throw some light to this?

Hello, @uravgkarthik, I am here for you.

UX means User experience (which is a broad term) and UX testing is testing of the User experience. The article should explain general practices of the UX testing (look at this article on goals, it can help youz out https://developerexperience.io/practices/ux-testing-goals). Other sources like https://www.crazyegg.com/blog/user-experience-testing/, https://www.smashingmagazine.com/2018/03/guide-user-testing/, https://www.guru99.com/usability-testing-tutorial.html can also throw some light.

So, what is UX testing in better words? You can imagine it as a way to _determinate the current user/customer experience around (with) your product, understand it and gather information to improve it _
