What is this about: is the process of collecting qualitative and quantitative data from the test user, whilst the user is subject to all aspects of a service or product. Ux in this case means “All aspects of the end-user interactions with the company, its services, and its products”.

UX means User experience (which is a broad term) and UX testing is testing of the User experience.
