Enhancement Request: Ability to Disable Animations #818

It would be nice if via a configuation global and/or per component attributes to disabled animations.

In particular this came about when using the dnn-button with confirm. We needed to completely disable that yes/no popup animation.

Maybe something as simple as

<dnn-button id="deleteButton" size="large" confirm confirm-message="Really delete all selected?" animation="false">Delete</dnn-button>
