Demo pages should link to official AdminLTE demo pages

Documentation has a link, but it would be good if the "live demo" pages also had clear links to the official AdminLTE demo.

The official AdminLTE demo has more content and is more comprehensive. But the "live demo" is good for an overview, and also quickly verifying most content displays as expected.

By "live demo" pages, do you mean all of the sample pages that are available when you add the URLs included with the project? Or are you only referring to the "demo-css" page from those URLs? I think a link could probably be added to all of them pretty easily. Though if you are searching for this package, you are probably already familiar with the AdminLTE2 package. Especially if you read any of our documentation.
