Add new task “get_WSI_position”. It can get the WSI based on microscope viewing position.

Add new button “Click to browse for image” to view image information.

Auto-registration of every ROI (speeds up the study)

This project was originally hosted on googlecode, which shut down. There is an archive of that work at http://archive.is/eedap.googlecode.com

Make sure to refer to the user manual for instructions on software install.

Feel free to download the sample WSI to test the application. The software is a little sensitive to long file names (including the directory). It is recommended that you create a directory at the root, for example c:\000_whole_slides\100113_ThorLabs_20x.ndpi
