enhance 500 error reporting

controller for httpError 500 is quashing any available information on actual error, come up with an enhanced error view (perhaps on only for admin) that can give stacktrace and other helpful info and push up logging.

This is especially true for errors coming out of thymeleaf which are hard to find in logging.
